Return and Refund Policy

We print and ship all our products on-demand through our trusted print partner. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or minor color variations.

✅ Returns/Exchanges are Accepted Only If:

You received a defective or damaged product

The item delivered is incorrect (wrong design or size)

🧾 Return Process

Customers can easily initiate a return within 7 days of deliveryby logging in to their account using their email address and a secure verification code.
Once logged in, simply select the order and the items you'd like to return, choose the reason, and submit your request.

If you face any issues during the process, feel free to reach out to us at info@bediffrnt.com with the following details:

  • ✅ Your Order Number

  • 📸 Clear photos of the product and original packaging

  • 📝 A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our print partner’s policy.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind after placing the order
Minor color variation from screen to print (as printing is done digitally)
Products returned without our prior confirmation

📦 Return Address

Returns should not be sent back without contacting us first. If eligible, we will provide the return address of our print facility (used only for defective or incorrect orders).

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is verified by our fulfillment partner.

⚠️ Reshipping Costs (If Delivery Fails or is Re-attempted)

In cases where:

The shipping address provided is incorrect
The parcel is returned due to non-availability of the recipient
A second delivery attempt is required due to customer-side reasons

A reshipping fee will be applicable, which includes:

Handling Cost: ₹20 + 18% GST per item
Shipping Charges: As per courier and location

We will notify you of the reshipping charges and share a payment link. The order will be reprocessed once the charges are cleared.

📜 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
It must be in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior communication.

🧾 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error

🔄 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

🕐 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Recheck your bank account or UPI wallet.

Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).

Contact your bank if needed.
